About Me

As a licensed MFT, I provide both short-term and long-term psychotherapy in private practice. My practice serves the Greater Sacramento Valley region where I offer both in-person and online therapy via video appointments to California residents. I use a clinical structure but eclectic style in treatment approach and believe there is not a one-size-fits-all method that works for everyone. I believe people enter therapy at different stages of life and look to gain practical skills within a safe relationship.

I graduated from Sacramento State in 2015 with a background in psychology. I have over 15 years of experience working therapeutically with children and families in in-home, school, and community settings. I enjoy working with couples and helping to create greater intimacy within the relationship. I also have particular interest in individual psychotherapy.

My work aims to assist and guide clients towards achieving a more satisfying life; to find a richer connection to self and others by bring to union the mind, body, and spirit. I have found that often times people come to counseling feeling anxious, vulnerable, or “broken.” My goal is to provide a healing space for you. I promise to see you whole and help you to piece together the fragmented parts of self so that you may feel happy, grounded and satisfied again.

I offer a safe, non-judgmental, and flexible “calmspace” for my clients to process weekly challenges to achieve short-term and long-term goals. I am committed to helping and guiding you through this journey.

Please call or email me to consult your needs. My doors are always open to you! I look forward to collaborating in your care. No referral is necessary and I am currently accepting new clients. Calmspace Counseling is an LGBTQ+ friendly and transgender safe space.

Welcome to Calmspace Counseling.
